Here are some of our most common questions.
Gifts for Bookworms is a mother/daughter project. As big readers (one of us is a writer, too), we cherish the time with books, and have family and friends who do, as well.
Because, as readers and stellar gift givers, we wanted to buy each other book-themed items for the usual reasons – birthdays, Wednesdays, Mother’s Day, etc—and saw a sad hole in the gifting market. As we’re not the sort of people to just stand by when there’s an obvious need, here we are!
First of all — yikes, sorry! Shoot us an email to info@giftsforbookworms.com within 10 days of delivery along with 1) a description of your issue 2) your order number and 3) a quick pic clearly showing the issue.
Once we can review and confirm the issue we will replace the item at no additional cost ASAP. Seriously, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “wardrobe malfunction.”
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can refresh it obsessively (we do it too).
Never fear, we are here. If your order never arrived, email us, and we’ll do what we can to track that bad boy down!
As we said above, if we made a mistake or you were sent a damaged item — our bad! We’ll cover all the costs and will replace the item. However, if you want to exchange or return an item for any other reason, we’re afraid we can’t help. We are a small business with a very cranky accountant.
That information is available on each product page. On average, most products ship within 2 to 10 business days. Once you order, you’ll be given a message to download the SHOP app (if you don’t already have it!) so you can stalk your package like it’s your crush’s Instagram.
